For 25 years, Rich Ragan has served as a consultant and trainer to leading corporations. Having served as Manager of Corporate Training for Wells Fargo Bank in San Francisco as well as having served on the faculty for the M.B.A. Executive Program at Golden Gate University, San Francisco, Rich understands both the theory and practice of how to implement effective training.
With an educational background of a Master of Science degree in Industrial Relations from the University of Colorado and a bachelor degree in Personnel from the University of Hawaii, Honolulu, Rich continues to serve on the teaching faculty at the University of California Extension, Berkeley.
Having been an active member of the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) since 1969, Rich has served at both the local and national levels and has received both the ASTD Torch Award for outstanding contribution in the training profession and the coveted Exemplary Leadership Award for 1990, as selected by the Council of Regions and Chapters.
His accomplishments in the training field have also been recognized by a listing in Who's Who In The West and Who's Who In International Human Resource Development.
