Kathy brings over 25 years of education, health care and organizational development experience. Best known for her creative, unique and innovative approach, Kathy's presentations are engaging, highly interactive and packed full of content and fun!

Kathy's most recent book, Shed or You’re Dead™: 31 Unconventional Strategies for Change and Growth, is a recipient of a Writer’s Digest International Book Award. Kathy also has co-authored two books, Irresistible Leadership and Thriving in the Midst of Change. Kathy received her Master's Degree in Education from the University of Tennessee and is the Past President of the National Speakers Association Mid-Atlantic Chapter.

Bob Pike's Creative Training Techniques awarded Kathy as " Trainer of the Year." In addition to training, Kathy is a keynote speaker. The Georgia Speakers Association voted her as the "Showcase Speaker of the Year," and was honored with the "2002 Master of Influence Award."
