Rich Meiss has played a key role in the Human Resource profession since 1972, holding executive positions with Personal Dynamics Institute, Carlson Learning Company and now Creative Training Techniques International, Inc.

He has personally worked with over 10,000 trainers in developing, promoting, and delivering effective training programs in over 150 cities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Europe, and Asia.

An inspiring speaker, Rich's keynotes often focus on increasing personal and organizational productivity through developing the "human side" of enterprise. He has spoken at the American Society for Training and Development national conference and several conferences sponsored by Training Magazine. He is an active member of the National Speakers Association.

Co-author of training programs with Bob Pike, Dr. Denis Waitley and Dr. Michael O'Connor, Rich has also had published numerous articles in business and professional journals. Special recognitions include being listed in "Who's Who In The Midwest" and "Emerging Leaders In America."

Rich is also the President of the Center for Personal Responsibility, a non-profit organization dedicated to "balancing personal rights with personal responsibility."
