As a dynamic, memorable and inspirational trainer, Adrianne has presented at local, state, national and international conferences. She presents at such conferences as National Staff Development Council, Raising Student Achievement, IL No Child Left Behind, IL Principal’s Association, and IL Association for Supervision and Curriculum.
After 19 years in the classroom, her passion for learner-centered excellence took her to the Professional Development Alliance in Joliet, IL. Here she was responsible for all aspects of designing and delivering learner-centered, engaging training programs in a variety of subject areas including standards alignment, reading, and writing. As the lead Staff Development Specialist, she enjoyed writing and administering state and federal grants, facilitating networking groups, and consulting with school administrations.
Adrianne is a Master certified trainer for Research-Based Creative Teaching Strategies and Standards-Aligned Classroom. She also thrives as an adjunct instructor for Aurora University and Waubonsee Community College teaching graduate-level classes such as Standards-Aligned Instruction and Assessment and Reading
